internetui jau užkliuvo, kad europoje kaip grybai dygsta visokios startup accelerator programos. nesu tikras, bet manau, kad tai tik į gerą. reikia sulaukti, kokius gi auksinius kiaušinius joms pavyks išridenti. call me stupid, bet man labiausiai įtartini projektai, kurie naudoja eurosąjungos lėšas, nes dažnai nesutampa gavėjų ir davėjų motyvacijos, pinigai nebranginami ir aplipdyti daugybe apribojimų, todėl keistai naudojami ir t.t.
į startuphighway prisistatymą atkėblinau šiek tiek skeptiškas, bet pasirodo, kad tai 100% privataus kapitalo organizacija. iš pristatymo ir diskusijų supratau, kad jie tikisi didelio paraiškų antplūdžio, bet iš publikos neužsidegimo ir klausimų pro šalį aš nebūčiau toks tikras. aišku norėčiau klysti, bet man pasirodė, kad publikos dalis nėra girdėjusi apie sėkmingus užsienio startup akseleratorius. ar bent jau nežino, ką jie daro, kokia jų pridedamoji vertė ir kokias jie augina firmas.
akseleratorius tai ne konkursas, tai jūsų supista firma tik ant steroidų.

This can happen to any site that allows public to post content. SOPA may not have passed, but what happened shows that it is already being practiced. All they have to do is to ask Godaddy to take a site down. We have 2 millions user generated forms. It is not possible for us to manually review all forms. This can happen to any web site that allows user generated content.
The US government did not need SOPA after all to make an assault on Internet freedom. It is fully capable of taking down sites at will.
