įveikęs lietuvišką rudenį, nuėjau pasitrinti šonais su inovatyviausia vilniaus grietinėle į “MiniBarCamp“. turėjau keistų vilčių, todėl, susidūręs su kraupia realybe, nuskandinau savo kognityvinį disonansą vyno kolboje, kurią suteikė kažkoks rėmėjas – brangakmenių verslininkas.
mano 37 signalais išplauta smegeninė labai sunkiai virškino pirmą iljos pranešimą apie kompanijos darymą pardavimui. tačiau per šią savaitę paskaičiau įvairesnių straipsnių, daugiau pamąsčiau šia tema ir jau nesu taip priešiškai nusiteikęs šiai minčiai. we’re only in it for the money. bet vis tiek, ilja neturėtų taip greit nurašinėti pelningo verslo neskirto pardavimui. svarbiausia vinis, kurią reiktų pasiimti iš iljos pranešimo – “think global”. projektus lietuvai ar vilniui galima daryti tik iš altruizmo arba europos pinigų.
labiausiai pralinksmino kažkokios merginos naivus pareiškimas iš salės, kad ji pažįsta programuotojus, kurie yra baigę ktu ir už 1k lt suprogramuos ką tik nori.
dabar laukiam, barbenam pirštais į stalą, kol atsidarys startups.lt, o tuo metu galima prisijungt prie socialinio pokalbio facebook’e arba linkedin’e.

The most egregious of such suits was filed against Sun by Kodak (yes, the film photography people). Egregious, because Kodak had acquired a patent from a defunct computer maker (Wang) for the exclusive purpose of suing Sun over an esoteric technology, Java Remote Method Invocation (“Java RMI” – not exactly the first thing that comes to mind when you hear “Kodak”). Given how immature Kodak’s technology business was (they were just starting out in the digital world), we had little we could respond with – I suppose we could’ve hunted for a Wang-like opportunity to hit at their core, but Kodak was a customer, which certainly complicated things, and the time and expense involved would’ve been prohibitive.
