įgriuvęs į sau neįprastą kėdę, perverčiau daug knygų apie projektų valdymą. bet tikriausiai nuo pradžios iki galo vienintelę perskaičiau scott berkun – the art of project management. ji man patiko, nes:
- pagrindinai patarimai išdėstyti sąrašais.
- no bullshit požiūris.
- jokių nesąmoningų formulių ir terminų.
- pavyzdžiai ir patarimai iš praktikos.
verta paskaityti visiems dalyvaujanties sw projektuose. net ir jų nevaldantiems, kad suvoktum, kuo gyvena kitas koridoriaus galas. ;]
vienintelis knygos minusas – visa autoriaus praktika iš produktų gaminimo projektų, kurie šiek tiek skiriasi nuo sprendimų verslo.
